"Prescription mix-up made the whole order frustrating"
I ordered my lenses and sent over my prescription, but somehow they still processed it wrong. I had to keep following up and explain the same thing again, which got old fast. The order took longer than I expected, and when the lenses finally came, I couldn’t even use them. Customer service didn’t really help much either. i’ve had easier experiences with other places, and this was just... yeah, frustrating

"Not as good as other lenses I’ve used"
Delivery was totally fine, no issues there, but the lenses themselves were a bit disappointing. A few felt dry as soon as I took them out of the pack, and one even had a tiny nick on the edge. I’ve used cheaper lenses from other brands that felt more comfortable than these, so for the price I expected better. Maybe I just got a bad box, but I’m not sure I’d buy them again.

"Honestly, the delivery was ridiculously fast"
I ordered my lenses and somehow they turned up the very next day. Like, how often does that actually happen anymore? Usually you’re stuck refreshing tracking pages and wondering where your parcel has disappeared to, but this was just simple, quick, and no drama. Really impressed with Vision Direct and I’ll definitely be using them again.

I ended up having to return my order, and to be fair, the refund did come through eventually. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it felt a little slower than I expected, so I kept finding myself checking my bank to see if it had landed yet. Customer service was okay — they replied when I contacted them, nothing over the top, but helpful enough. I’d probably order from them again, but I do think the refund process could be a bit quicker

"Checkout was really hit or miss"
I tried ordering my lenses from Vision Direct UK the checkout was a bit of a nightmare. The payment page froze on me twice, and then it claimed my card had failed even though my bank was showing everything was fine.
I ended up having to rebuild my basket from scratch, and after that the delivery date had changed too. It felt really hit or miss, which is frustrating when you’re just trying to quickly buy contact lenses. I gave up in the end.

"Probably genuine, but not 100% sure"
The lenses showed up quickly, which was nice. Great. The packaging mostly looked legit and pretty much like what I usually get, and the lenses feel fine so far. Fine. The only thing that threw me off was the box being a little beaten up, and one of the labels looked slightly different than I expected. Odd. I’m leaning toward them being authentic, but I can’t say I’m completely sure. Overall, just an okay experience

It’s usually been fine ordering from them, but this time my lenses were out of stock and the delivery ended up taking longer than I expected. I did message about it, but it kind of felt like nobody really read what I’d sent. Not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating.
