"Always a quick speedy service"
Always a quick speedy service. However had some delays with deliveries recently. They state next day delivery but I’ve had orders turn up two days late. Not the worse thing in the world but when you need them for a specific day & you are paying for delivery so when it doesn’t turn up it’s not ideal. But it’s a small issue everything else is great and love the little sweet treats you get inside your box!

"I order often"
I order often, delivery is always prompt. Mainly use ever clear elite which seem to be the most comfortable and decently priced.
The company rarely does discounts though, and delivery costs are quite expensive. As a regular customer it would be nice to at least get free delivery.

"Great customer service."
I have been using Vision Direct for years for my monthly contacts and they've always been fab. This time around i made a mistake with my delivery order and messaged the company through the chat and the customer service was fabulous and the guy sorted me out in a flash - turned me from a regular into a fan. Thanks a ton!

"Always reliable and prompt"
As always, VisionDirect delivered the contact lenses within 24 hours of ordering. Sometimes I order quite late in the evening and they still arrive in the next morning’s post.

"Poor service"
Took my money within minutes, then after a week I asked where my contact lenses were to then be told they would be nearly 4 months delivery, the reminder they set up was 2 weeks before the first order delivery date. The refund I am still waiting for. This a disgrace and not far of illegal theft

"A glitch but quickly resolved"
I am a repeat customer, but for some reason part of my address was missing from my account/address slip when it was posted, so the parcel was returned to them. It took a phone call to put it right, which was done quickly and simply. I had seen my address correctly written when I ordered, so not sure what happened
